Housing
Housing Options for Members
Built in 1966 our Fraternity house contains 3 floors that total a combined 14,179 square feet. The second floor contains the housing portion that makes up roughly 4,700 square feet of livable space. There are 16 rooms and 8 bathrooms that are set up suite style. The newly renovated living quarters contain new remotely controlled AC units, commercial flooring, fully renovated bathrooms, high-speed internet, and the option for cable television in each room.
Members that are going to be heading into their Sophomore year are eligible to apply to live in the Fraternity house.
Room assignment and occupancy is based on a random number drawing.
Members have the option to choose between living in a single or a double room, a double being a room shared by two members and single being a room occupied by one.
